Can I place my order by phone?
- We do not accept orders by phone. All orders must be placed directly on our website.

I have made a mistake on my order details, what should I do?
-You can contact us to change your billing or shipping details. Notice, all orders are final, we do not accept order cancellations and we do not change orders.

I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
- Bullion/Coin canceled orders are subject to a 5% fee plus applicable market loss. The customer is not entitled to any market gain in relation to a cancelled order. After payment has been received, order will be cancelled. All other orders and shipments will be on hold until the cancellation process has been finished.



What payment method do you accept?
- Bank Transfer (free).

Do you accept cash payments?
- At the moment we are not accepting any cash payments.

Do you accept Credit Cards or PayPal?
- At the moment we are not accepting any card payments or PayPal payments.

Do you accept Crypto-currency payments?
- At the moment we are not accepting any crypto-currency payments.

When will you confirm my payment?
- Payments are confirmed by our accounting department every morning during business days. Normally, after the payment is sent, it can take up to 3 business days for the money to arrive in our bank account. So please be patient. If you do not receive a payment confirmation by email after 72 hours, then please contact us by email.

Can someone else pay on my behalf?
- Due to our Anti Money Laundering Policy, all orders must be paid by the person whose name appears on the invoice billing address. Invoice name and bank account name need to match for payments to be accepted.

What is the cheapest way to pay for my order?
- Normally the cheapest way for paying your order is by bank transfer in EUR, if you are outisde the EUR zone, you can use Wise, Revolut or PaySera for paying us easily in EUR.

Is there VAT on my order?
- All our website prices are final and already include all taxes when applicable.

I just placed an order on your website, until when can I send payment?
- To guarantee your price, you must ensure that your payment is sent within 3 business days. Order cancellations are not accepted.

What are your bank account details and other payment method details?

What is VAT Margin Scheme?
The VAT Margin Scheme taxes the difference between what we paid for an item and what we sold it for, rather than the full selling price. So, 22% VAT is paid on the difference. This means the products on our website sold under the VAT Margin Scheme already include the tax.



How to take my orders from storage?
- You just need to send us an email with the request.

Is gold delivery available to my country?
- Yes, we ship gold world wide, except for the countries which have international sanctions.

Please note that we do not accept shipping payments. All orders are delivered in Tallinn to the courier of your choice. Therefore, do not send payments for the delivery to ourselves as all shipping costs must be paid directly to the delivery company of your choice.
