2017 1 oz $1 AUD Australian Silver Archie Alpine Dingo Frosted Coin BU (In Blister Card)

This new 2017 coin from the Royal Australian Mint depicts Archie, the dingo puppy that the Australia Zoo proudly introduced to the public back in October 2015 together with his two sisters Eve and Jira. Archie was born with a rare white fur, and quickly became very popular and the favorite of the visitors in the Australia Zoo.

The Ian Rank-Broadley likeness of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the monetary denomination are shown on the obverse. The coin was minted by the Royal Australian Mint in the "Frosted Uncirculated" quality. This special minting technique makes the dingo look very detailed and realistic.

This unique special edition coin is limited mintage of just 3,000 coins! Each of these Silver coins come in the original blister card from the mint.
